Returns and Exchange Policy

Overview

Our returns and exchange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned for example customized goods and gift cards cannot be returned.

We are committed to providing high-quality products to our valued customers. We do rigorous quality control for our products before shipping and delivery. While we do not offer refunds, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer replacements for items that are found to be faulty or defective.

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving the product. Once we receive the returned item and confirm the defect, we will promptly provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Non-Faulty Returns

We do not accept returns for non-faulty items. Please carefully review the product descriptions, specifications, and sizing guides before making a purchase. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@makerfuse.com and send your item to:

In the case of a faulty item, we will promptly provide a replacement after confirming the defect. If the original item is no longer available, we will offer a suitable alternative of similar value. Replacements will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Exceptions

Please note that our return and refund policy is specific to faulty items. We do not accept returns or offer replacements for items that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear. Additionally, personalized or customized items may not be eligible for return or replacement.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to our physical address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
